Fidelio™ Terms of Service

Welcome to Fidelio, a Google Workspace app designed to enhance your productivity and streamline your experience. By using Fidelio, you agree to the following Terms of Service (Terms). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing or using Fidelio, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Fidelio.
2. Description of Service
Fidelio is a Google Workspace add-on that provides tools for:
- High-fidelity conversions of Microsoft Word documents into Google Docs.
- Create App Script code to Google Workspace files to support Microsoft Excel features such as Dependent data validations and Excel Macros
3. Use of the Service
Eligibility: You must have a valid Google Workspace account to use Fidelio.
Prohibited Use: You agree not to misuse Fidelio in any way, including but not limited to:
- Using Fidelio for illegal activities.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute Fidelio's code or functionality.
- Overloading or disrupting Fidelio's service.
4. Data and Privacy
Fidelio requires access to your Google Workspace environment to perform its functionality. By using Fidelio, you consent to:
- Granting Fidelio the necessary permissions to access and process your documents.
- Allowing Fidelio to store and manage temporary data related to your use of the service.

5. Service Availability
Fidelio is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to maintain a reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Fidelio, including its features, design, and functionality, are owned by The Innovation Ranch LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Fidelio without prior written consent.
7. Fees and Payments
Fidelio may offer free and premium versions of its services. Pricing, features, and payment terms for premium services will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. By subscribing to premium services, you agree to the applicable fees and billing terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Innovation Ranch LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Fidelio. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, business interruption, or system failure.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify users through the Fidelio interface or via email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to Fidelio if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the add-on and related services will cease immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Montana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
